As Vice President of Griffin’s Aerospace practice, Lauren works side-by-side with our account team to exceed client expectations through strategic partnership and exemplary service. She has a communicative leadership style and passion for staff development and training, which she channels when working with the team to deliver value, creativity and powerful results for clients.

Her instinctive management and organization skills are always appreciated – whether she’s providing senior counsel to her colleagues or engaging directly in client work. From message and brand development, creating integrated communication campaigns to implementing tactical activities such as project management, media relations, digital and social media, crisis communications or event planning, she’s a true leader and consummate professional.

Lauren has a proven record of leading successful client accounts and managing highly productive account teams. She has led an impressive list of notable accounts, which includes the development, training and implementation of the crisis communications plan for Boeing’s “Starliner” Commercial Crew Program. Expanding her skillset internationally, she planned and executed Norsk Titanium’s marketing communications strategy and on-site presence year after year at the Farnborough International Airshow and Paris Air Show. She’s also played key roles in the agency’s STEM clients including leading the strategy, planning and execution of The Conrad Challenge, an annual global STEM competition for high-school aged students. Other past client leadership highlights include the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee for a 10-day space-themed activation surrounding Super Bowl LI, Kuraray America, Valence Surface Technologies and Space Center Houston.

Prior to joining Griffin, Lauren was Senior Marketing Manager at the non-profit KSBJ, where she led marketing communications for the multi-market radio station. She managed all internal and external communications strategies, including traditional advertising, digital communications, media relations and design. Lauren also served as Account Executive at The Point Group in Houston, where her client roster included Shell Global Solutions, Exterran, St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and the Wings Over Houston Airshow. Lauren works from the Houston, TX headquarters office of Griffin.
