Cindi Johncock – Senior Executive Assistant to President and CEO

Cindi is an accomplished Executive Assistant with more than 28 years of experience providing administrative support to top-ranking company leaders. She joined Griffin in summer 2013 to serve as the right arm to the agency’s President and CEO. She also manages all tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day internal operations at the agency, including IT, telecommunications, employee benefits, HR, other vendor services and more.

Prior to joining Griffin, Cindi spent six years in Executive Assistant positions with United Space Alliance in Houston – four of which she directly worked for two Presidents/CEOs. She also spent 20 years at Houston’s RE/MAX Space Center in Executive Assistant roles, as well as serving as Office Manager for more than 100 real estate agents. Throughout her entire career, she has gained the respect of many top-level personnel for her “take charge” attitude, excellent organizational skills, high level of integrity, and ability to respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of information.
