Bill is an expert crisis communications consultant and media trainer with extensive experience working with the aviation/aerospace, defense, energy, higher education and healthcare industries. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate public relations, crisis response, journalism and military public affairs.

  • Poplar Pipeline oil spill in Yellowstone River, 2015

  • Japan earthquake/tsunami, 2011 (U.S. Navy public affairs)

  • BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, 2010

  • North Slope oil spill, 2006

  • BP Texas City Refinery explosion, 2005

  • Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy, 2003

  • Has conducted training courses across six continents and prepared senior executives for interviews with CNN, Dateline NBC, 20/20 and The Wall Street Journal
