Sara brings a different perspective to Griffin’s media relations expertise, having spent more than a decade as a newspaper reporter. As Senior Account Executive, she leads clients in developing press engagement/communications strategies, social media planning and other content pieces.

• Supported pre-launch and on-site media operations for Axiom Space’s Ax-1 mission 

• Media pitching and outreach for Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost launch/landing on the Moon 

• Media coverage reporting and analysis for first flight of Blue Origin’s New Glenn orbital rocket 

• NASA-KSC and AIAA logistical liaison for “Students to Launch” STEM education program

• Public Relations Manager for Space Florida, working alongside NASA, DoD, the State of Florida and commercial space companies
