Director of Finance

Val works closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and risk management, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.  

Some Griffin highlights: 

• Successfully transitioned the agency’s timekeeping system to a more robust platform. 

• Supervised two office moves in the middle of the 2020 global pandemic. 

• Managed agency insurance claims for damage incurred through “Snowmageddon” in Feb. 2021. 

• Willingly leaves the world of Excel every now and then to support account team members at on-site client events such as “Wings Of Houston”.
